PREPARING FOR YOUR FLOAT
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
You do not need to bring anything with you. We supply towels, ear plugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and petroleum jelly for minor cuts and scrapes.
We recommend not shaving or waxing before your float.
Remove contacts before floating.
Eat a small meal one and a half hours before and no caffeine two hours before your appointment.
FLOAT TANKS
Our private rooms offer a glass entry door and roomy interior with a bright and welcoming atmosphere, reducing the risk of claustrophobia. Adjust the lighting in the room (overhead lighting or dimmable salt lamp) or inside the tank (colored/cycling LED lights) to your preferred comfort level. The average water temperature is 93.5 to 95.5 degrees, which is normal skin temperature.
Our tanks are disinfected using a multi-stage chemical-free process. The tanks use Certified Ozone and UV systems, along with the benefits of hydrogen peroxide. Our tanks have the best filtration systems on the market today. We use only pharmaceutical grade epsom salt in our tanks. Each tank contains 200 gallons of water (at a depth of 12 inches) and 1,000 pounds of epsom salt from Utah.
