WHAT IS FLOAT THERAPY?
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Floating for an hour or more in water that is saturated in epsom salt increases your dopamine and endorphin levels. Many professional athletes are using isolation tanks to enhance their abilities. Floating has been around for over 50 years. There are locations around the world.
Floating may help with:
Chronic pain relief
All forms of arthritis
Improved reaction time
Strengthened immune system
and many more
No more pain.
I completed my first float, and I am hooked. Next time I am bringing my jammies to put on so I continue the relax state that I am in at the end of a float. I suffer from chronic pain, and I have to say, after the float and today I am not hurting at all.
I have been a fan of floating for 15 years but have never had access to float regularly and really get into the good stuff. Now that I can - I am so psyched!
I had my first 90-minute float at 307 Healing Waters today and it was just what I needed. Their tanks are the biggest and most comfortable I've ever been with lots of light/music options for people to find their comfort zone. You have zero to worry about if you think you're going to feel claustrophobic - the door is glass and you can even leave it open if you like. My back and muscles are so relaxed now, and those theta waves are making my brain so very happy.
Can't wait to try a regular float routine so I can maximize those low frequency brain waves! And the muscle relaxation truly helps erase the aches of driving for hours during the week. Everyone should try it!
Thanks for the great float and I will be back next week for more.
My husband and I were first time floaters and floating totally exceeded any relaxation technique or therapy we have done. The facility was clean, informative, and comfortable. We will be returning! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
